1 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the 881bet website at 881bet.onl and all associated services. "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully completed registration and holds an active 881bet account. "Wager" refers to any bet, stake, or entry fee placed on any game, event, or outcome available on the Platform. "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, or promotional value awarded by the Company that are not deposited real-money funds. "Gross Gaming Revenue" or "GGR" refers to total wagers minus total winnings paid out before expenses. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the Platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register as Members.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 881bet or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
• You must maintain only one registered account. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or household, all accounts except the earliest verified account will be closed and associated balances forfeited.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your 881bet account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your credentials with any third party. 881bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation we undertake.

• Accounts must be registered with a valid, personally owned mobile number. Use of another person's bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number to fund your account is not permitted.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be cancelled upon voluntary account closure.
• We reserve the right to close or suspend any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, abuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login, deposit, or wagering activity for 180 consecutive days — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from any remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 881bet does not process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed on the Platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 881bet does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account and that is verified under the same name as the registered account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 60 seconds during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

• Withdrawals will only be processed after any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully met.
• The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
• Deposits made via specific payment methods may only be withdrawn via the same method up to the deposited amount; excess winnings may be withdrawn via any verified method on the account.
• Any fees incurred by 881bet in processing your withdrawal (e.g., banking charges) may be deducted from the withdrawal amount where such fees exceed ৳50.
• We reserve the right to delay processing any withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

881bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are governed by specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms will prevail for that offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. 881bet reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Each Member is entitled to one welcome bonus, applicable on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent accounts created by the same individual to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Standard wagering requirements are stated on the relevant promotion page. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal.
• Where a bonus has a stated expiry period, any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of that period.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and bet types specified in the offer terms. Certain games — including live dealer games, specific jackpot slots, and sports betting markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, the use of multiple accounts, or the exploitation of technical errors will be voided in full. Associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• 881bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed and in active use.

6 Gaming Rules and Wagering

By placing a wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that all gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live events (in the case of sports betting and live casino games). You accept that the outcome of any individual wager is subject to chance and that past results do not influence future outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market and are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to placing a wager.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the Member.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents a result from being determined, all wagers for the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to Members' accounts.
• For sports betting markets, if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, or abandoned before completion, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless the outcome had already been determined at the point of abandonment.
• Obvious errors in pricing or odds — including but not limited to human error, data feed failure, or software miscalculation — do not constitute valid offers. 881bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds and to correct such errors at any time.
• Maximum winnings per single bet are subject to limits specified within each game or market. These limits are set by the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players in any game or tournament to manipulate the outcome or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the Platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are not valid and will be removed.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in connection with criminal activity, including transactions intended to obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when interacting with the Platform or our support team.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by local law, using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud — that is, making a deposit, wagering the funds, and then requesting a reversal from your payment provider. Any Member found to have initiated a chargeback will have their account permanently closed and the amount of the chargeback treated as a debt owed to the Company.
• Creating or using an account on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.

8 Responsible Gaming

881bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Members stay in control of their gambling activity. We recognise that for a small proportion of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders can be configured to alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Members may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, login to the account is disabled and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available to any Member who believes they can no longer gamble responsibly. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and the account will be closed with no option to reopen.
• If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, contact our support team at [email protected]. We will assist you in activating appropriate protective measures immediately.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 881bet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, and all other materials — is protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to 881bet. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes or on any third-party website or application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice displayed on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 881bet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if 881bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We accept no liability for any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, or from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

881bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered Members by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period. The effective date of the current version of the Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 881bet, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

13 Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy available on this Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 881bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 881bet to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by 881bet.
